# §1 — What this covers

These terms cover the Data Diagnostic Sprint — the engagement you're buying when you book and pay for a Sprint through Allin Data.

They do not cover general use of this website; that's what [/privacy](/privacy) covers.

If any of this is unclear before you book, ask on the discovery call. If any of it becomes unclear during the Sprint, ask then. The Sprint is small enough that a five-minute conversation resolves most things.

---

# §2 — What the Sprint is

A two-week Data Diagnostic Sprint. £2,500 fixed price. One specialist.

The full scope, weekly breakdown, and what you need to supply are on [/sprint](/sprint) — that page is the canonical description. These terms restate the load-bearing commercial facts so both sides have them in one place.

The Sprint is a **diagnostic engagement**. It is not an implementation project. Distinguishing the two matters because scope-creep on a fixed-price advisory engagement is the fastest way for both sides to end up unhappy.

---

# §3 — What you leave with

The exact shape of the written output depends on what we find during the Sprint. The commitment does not: you leave with a written diagnosis of the reporting, data, or workflow bottleneck in scope, a clearer view of where the real problem starts, and a recommended next move.

Typical outputs include a written diagnosis, a prioritised view of what to fix / rebuild / leave alone, and — depending on what the diagnosis surfaces — a data-ownership view, a workflow map, a pipeline-cleanup roadmap, or a "before you build" recommendation.

30 days of email support after the Sprint closes is included.

---

# §4 — What the Sprint does not include

Naming these upfront prevents disagreement later.

The Sprint does **not** include:

- Building a rebuilt reporting stack, integrated data platform, working dashboard, warehouse, or automation.
- Ongoing analyst work, monthly reporting, or "hands on the keyboard" implementation.
- Sourcing, procuring, or configuring third-party tools on your behalf.
- Training your team on any specific tool.
- Data cleansing or migration work.

Any of the above may follow the Sprint as a separate scoped engagement if the diagnosis recommends it. They are never bundled into the £2,500 Sprint fee.

---

# §5 — Price and payment

**£2,500 fixed.** Two weeks. One specialist. Includes 30 days of email support after the Sprint closes.

Payment is only requested after the discovery call confirms scope-fit — see §8.

**Payment structure:** 50% deposit to reserve the Sprint dates and start work, 50% due on delivery of the final Sprint output. Payable by Stripe link or by invoice after the discovery call.

**VAT:** prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT and invoicing will be handled according to the client's location and applicable rules.

---

# §6 — Timeline and scheduling

The Sprint runs for two calendar weeks from the agreed kickoff date. Kickoff is scheduled after payment clears.

Discovery calls are available Mon–Thu after 5pm and Fri before 11am (UK/Ireland time). Sprint work happens in blocks around those windows; interviews with your team are booked into times that work for them, not for me.

If a week needs to shift by a day or two because of your team's availability, that's fine — the two-week clock adjusts. If it needs to shift by a week or more, that's a scheduling event and we'll agree new dates in writing.

---

# §7 — Refund policy

Once payment is made, the Sprint fee is held as credit rather than refunded in cash. Reasons below.

**Before kickoff:** if you need to cancel more than 48 hours before the agreed kickoff call, the paid fee is held as credit toward a future engagement within 12 months. Inside the 48-hour window, credit still applies but a rescheduling event is treated as the credit being drawn against.

**After kickoff:** no cash refund. The paid fee is held as credit toward a future engagement within 12 months. You still receive the written diagnosis at the end of week 2 as agreed — the credit is on top of what was delivered, not instead of it.

**If I cannot start the Sprint on the agreed date** because of a failure on my side (illness, unavailability, scheduling failure), the paid fee is held as credit toward a future engagement on the next available dates. No cash refund; the commitment is honoured through the credit.

**Before payment:** if during the discovery call it becomes clear the Sprint is not the right fit for what you need, no payment is taken and no engagement begins. See §8. This is the primary "not-right-fit" gate.

**Who these terms apply to:** these terms apply to business buyers (limited companies, partnerships, sole traders buying in a business capacity). Consumer-buyer bookings are not accepted through this site.

# §8 — Scope-fit before payment

If the Sprint is not the right shape for the problem, I'll say so before any payment is taken.

Payment is not taken until scope-fit is confirmed on the discovery call.

The Sprint does not fit every business or every problem. The discovery call is used to confirm whether the Sprint is the right next step for what you are dealing with.

If the call shows that the Sprint is not the right fit — for example, because you need implementation rather than diagnosis, the issue sits outside the reporting/data/workflow scope of the Sprint, or the scale is outside the Sprint scope — no Stripe link is issued, no invoice is generated, and no fee is owed.

This scope-fit step is part of the engagement process. It is designed to prevent the wrong work being sold before the problem is properly understood.

---

# §9 — Your data during the Sprint

Data handling during the Sprint is described in detail on [/privacy](/privacy) §7. In short: read-only access preferred, minimum-scope, sensitive data examined in place, notes and extracts stored on an EU-hosted account and deleted within 30 days of Sprint close.

If you're covered by GDPR, DPA 2018, or sector-specific rules (healthcare, financial services), name that on the discovery call so the Sprint is scoped inside your compliance posture, not around it.

---

# §10 — Output ownership

The written diagnosis and any artefacts produced during the Sprint (workflow maps, data-ownership views, roadmap documents) are yours. You own the document. You control who sees it, who it's shared with, and how it's used inside your business.

Allin Data retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymised, employer-scrubbed form for portfolio and case-study purposes — e.g. "SME finance team, healthcare sector, £X annual revenue" — unless you request otherwise in writing before the Sprint begins. Named references (your company name, your name, direct quotes) are never used without explicit written approval.

---

# §11 — Confidentiality

Both sides treat information exchanged during the Sprint as confidential.

For you: business information, financial detail, systems access, employee names, customer identifiers — none of it is shared, sold, referenced by name, or discussed with any third party without your explicit permission.

For me: my working methods, draft artefacts, and interview approach are shared with you in the diagnosis. The methods themselves are the product; the specifics of your engagement are yours.

Confidentiality continues after the Sprint ends. There is no expiry.

---

# §12 — Liability

Allin Data's total liability arising from the Sprint is limited to the fees paid for that Sprint, except for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

---

# §13 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

---

# §14 — Contact

For anything about these terms, the Sprint, or an in-flight engagement:

Email: `hello@allindata.ai`

Response target: 30 days for formal requests, usually within 7. During an active Sprint, replies are same-day on working days.

---

# §15 — If any of this changes

These terms apply to Sprints booked while this version is published. If terms change, the version at the time of your booking is the version that applies to your Sprint — later changes do not retroactively modify an active engagement.
