# §1 — What this page is You've had a call, or you've read enough on the homepage to know this is what you need. This page is the exact scope, timeline, price, and starting point for the Data Diagnostic Sprint. No fluff, no re-selling. If you're here to start, the booking link is at the bottom of every section. --- # §2 — What you're buying A two-week Data Diagnostic Sprint. £2,500 fixed price. One specialist. The commitment: at the end of two weeks, you leave with a written diagnosis of the reporting, data, or workflow bottleneck we scoped on the discovery call, a clearer view of where the real problem actually starts, and a recommended next move. The commitment is not: a rebuilt reporting stack, an integrated data platform, a working dashboard, or an automation. Those are what *sometimes come after* the Sprint, if the diagnosis says they're the right next step. The Sprint is the diagnostic step — deliberately separated from the build step, because doing the wrong build for eight weeks costs more than diagnosing correctly for two. --- # §3 — Exactly what happens across the two weeks The process is fixed. The shape of the output adapts to what we find. ## Week 1 — Understand - 30-minute discovery call (already happened or booked below). - Up to four focused interviews with the people who own the reporting, data, or workflow in question. Video call, 45 minutes each. - Up to three workflows walked in depth — screen-share, read-only access where possible. - Documentation of the data flow as it actually runs today (not as anyone thinks it runs). ## Week 2 — Diagnose - Analysis: where the real bottleneck starts, what's downstream of it, what's a symptom and what's a cause. - Stress-test: the "obvious answer" is often one layer up from where it looks. Week two is where that gets confirmed or corrected. - Draft written diagnosis with the recommended next step. - 45-minute walkthrough call to make sure the recommendation lands. ## After week 2 - 30 days of email support included. Answer follow-up questions as you act on the recommendation. --- # §4 — What you leave with The exact shape of the written output depends on what we find. The commitment does not: you leave with a written diagnosis, a clearer view of the real bottlenecks, and a recommended next move. Typical outputs include: - A written diagnosis of the reporting, data, or workflow bottlenecks in scope. - A prioritised view of what to fix, rebuild, or leave alone — ranked by estimated impact and effort. - A recommended next step: a specific fix, a scoped rebuild, a data-ownership decision, or a "hold off on that spend" recommendation. - Depending on the diagnosis: a data-ownership view, a workflow map, a pipeline-cleanup roadmap, or a "before you build" recommendation. You get a document you own. You control who sees it. --- # §5 — Price, payment, invoicing **£2,500 fixed.** Two weeks. One specialist. Includes 30 days of email support after the Sprint closes. Payment is only requested after the discovery call confirms scope-fit. **50% deposit** to reserve the Sprint dates and start work, **50% on delivery** of the final Sprint output. Options: - Stripe link (issued after the discovery call). - Invoice for bank transfer, UK/Ireland accounts. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT and invoicing are handled according to your location and applicable rules. **Refunds:** once paid, the Sprint fee is held as credit rather than refunded in cash. Before kickoff, cancellations convert the paid deposit into credit toward a future engagement within 12 months. After kickoff, no cash refund; the paid fee is held as credit and you still receive the written diagnosis at the end of week two. Full detail: [/terms](/terms). You keep the written diagnosis regardless. --- # §6 — What I need from you To make two weeks enough, four things from you: - **A named point of contact** on your side who can answer scoping questions and set up interviews without going through three layers of approval. - **Read-only access to the systems in scope** — CRM, reporting tool, spreadsheets, data source. Minimum-scope, EU-hosted, deleted 30 days after Sprint close. - **Availability** for up to four interviews across your team, plus a mid-week check-in and the week-two walkthrough. Total time asked of your team: roughly six to eight hours across the two weeks. - **Honesty about the actual state.** The Sprint works when what people describe on the interview matches what shows up in the data. If there's a story your team tells the boss vs. what's actually happening, I need to know before we start, not on week two. --- # §7 — Data handling Data handling is treated with the same discipline the Sprint applies to yours. Interviews and system walkthroughs run over shared calls. Where system access is needed, read-only access is preferred and minimum scope is used. Sensitive data (customer records, employee data, financial identifiers) is examined in place — nothing is copied to a personal machine unless explicitly required and agreed. <!-- D7 unresolved: exact email provider + storage account. Copy updated post-D7 to name the provider. --> Any notes, screenshots, or extracts used to draft the diagnosis are stored on an EU-hosted account and deleted within 30 days of Sprint close, or on request. If you're covered by GDPR, DPA 2018, or sector-specific rules (healthcare, financial services), name that on the discovery call. The Sprint is scoped to work inside your existing compliance posture, not around it. --- # §8 — Availability and next step **Discovery calls:** Mon–Thu after 5pm, Fri before 11am (UK/Ireland time). **Sprint slots:** limited consulting availability. Typically one Sprint in-flight at a time so the diagnostic gets the attention that makes it worth £2,500. **If we haven't spoken yet:** [book a 30-minute discovery call](https://cal.com/) → we confirm fit, scope, and answer any questions. No obligation. If the Sprint isn't the right shape for what you need, I say so on the call. **If we've already spoken:** the Stripe Checkout link is in your discovery-call follow-up email. Any questions before you start — reply to that email. --- # §9 — Footer **Allin Data** — Data Diagnostic Sprint for SMEs. Ireland — Waterford / Dublin. Serving UK and Ireland.
